Only one of us sisters has tried this, as it is a very intense detox that needs the will and strength to go on for 2 days without food. At the beginning you might suffer from acne breakouts along with slight dizziness, headaches and weakness. All are symptoms indicating your body is detoxifying and reacting as it thoroughly cleanses itself. Believe me it is worth it as it cleared my skin and even made me feel healthier inside out. Here is a schedule of the 2days skin detox. I advice you get all your needed ingredients before hand and to try it out in the weekend where you have nothing to do.

Haircare Programme
We have been using K'erastase hair products for years now and have never found any other hair product as good as K'erastase. We love their Nutritive haircare programme. It gives our hair an instant boost conditioning nourishment from the roots to the tips. Our hair feels replenished with softness and is left light and supple with an incredible shine. We have also used other K'erastase haircare programmes and they are all amazing. Check them out!!

Guest Post | Mesothelioma Cancer
I received an email from Jackie Clark who said she raises awareness for Mesothelioma Cancer Alliance, a leading
web resource for mesothelioma cancer. Being inspired by her, I would like to
share with you guys her blog article as a guest post on my blog. “…All women need to feel beautiful, no
matter what circumstances they may be facing. Women are powerful beings and WE
need to realize it! Sadly, many women are hearing those devastating words 'you
have cancer.' Despite a cancer diagnosis, women can still feel beautiful in
their own skin. Fashion is a wonderful way to feel strong and confident”. I
strongly agree with her and believe that no matter what type of cancer a person
is diagnosed with they should always feel beautiful inside and out because they
are! Here’s her article below, and I hope she inspires you in the same way that I have
been inspired…so help her raise awareness. Thank you Jackie for sharing this
with us!
