Healthy Snack | Sunflower seeds

These tiny seeds boast some big benefits, despite their diminutive size. A handful of sunflower seeds can curb your hunger pangs for a couple of hours because they are loaded with protein. These seeds are a great source of magnesium, as well as mineral proven to calm your nerves, muscles and blood vessels, which in turn means better blood flow to your skin.
