We use this mask to calm, sooth, nourish and renew our skin.
Ingredients:
1 Teaspoon of plain Yogurt
2 Teaspoon of Honey
1 Teaspoon of finely ground oatmeal
1 vitamin A capsule
1 vitamin E capsul
5 dropes of lavander essential oil
Mix all the ingredients in a bowel. Apply on clean skin and leave for 20-30 minutes and lie down and relax. Use once a week.This also really calms and relaxes us as it contains lavender essential oil.

i love making face masks at home with ingredients from the kitchen! i've made similar ones to this but instead with crushed strawberries. must throw lavender oil in the mix now!
