This mask can do wonders for skin as it not only exfoliates old skin cells and softens the skin, it also brings your skin back to its natural pH levels. Also does wonders for acne.
Ingredients
1 cup baking soda (brings your skin’s pH back to balance)
3 tablespoons ordinary table salt (exfoliates)
1 tablespoon baking powder (softens the skin)
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Take a tablespoon from the mixture and add several drops of water to it but not too many, you should still feel the salt. Take the mixture in both hands and scrub your face using both hands in gentle circular strokes for about a minute. Then rinse with cool water. If the mask irritates your skin, add some more water. Use the mask between showers but not during a shower or a bath as it can get irritating.
Very cool! Nice post!
