Healthy Snack | Smoothie

We don't remember a day in our lives where we didn't eat fruit or
drink them. So we have experimented with many different recipes when it comes to smoothies. Here is one of our favorite that is great for the skin as well as the body.

Bursting Blackberry Smoothie (Serves 2)
75gms blackberries
150gms strawberries
100gms raspberries
100gms blueberries
1 scoop of low-fat yogurt
3-5 ice cubes (Optional)

Put all the ingredients in a blender, leaving two raspberries aside for decoration if you like. Blend for approximately 20-30 seconds. Pour into two glasses and decorate each one with a raspberry on a cocktail stick. Enjoy!!
